#OnThisDay in 2002, the UN adopted “A World Fit for Children,” a resolution that called for the participation of governments, civil society, and the media to ensure children’s human rights, including “equal access to educational and recreational services, and accessible sports and recreational facilities in schools and communities worldwide.” We think it’s pretty great.
