Alongside the Modern Pentathlon World Championship that took place last weekend in Cairo, Egypt, Peace and Sport President and Founder, Joel Bouzou met Prof Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, to sign a MoU.
The main aspects of this agreement are nevertheless the importance of the educational world and academias to work toward peace, the development of a Volunteer program for the 10th Peace and Sport International Forum and the organization of an event by the University for the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace next 6th of April.
This agreement was made possible by #ChampionforPeace Aya Medany, Modern Pentathlon Vice-World Champion and Teacher Assistant in AASTMT.
