We had a great Day #1 of Free To Run program. Coach Rose Monday (The Olympic Rose) and Athlete Maggie Vessey met a group of Moroccan Track and Field coaches and exchanged with them their experience. They also coached a group of talented young female athletes and shared with them some of the routines they follow in the U.S.
