At our #VOLeaders class this week, our student-athletes had the chance to hear from two community #adaptivesports leaders!
Carly Pearson, a national paraclimbing, handcycling and triathlon champion, was joined by Catalyst Sports Knoxville chapter director Leslie King. Pearson, who also serves as program director of the Knoxville Sled Bears, shared her story for students. On April 28, the VOLeaders Academy will organize the second annual UT Sports Fest, an inclusive community sports event.
