What a way to kick off the first day with the #S4C2018 class! Our 17 international delegates spent their first official day on the program participating in inclusive basketball activities with @spolympicsmd. They had the opportunity to learn the history of Special Olympics’ work in Prince George’s County, and how they partner with public and private schools to provide training opportunities for their athletes. On top of all the new knowledge, many of our international friends were able to score their first ever baskets! 🙌🏽🏀 #sport4all #sportsdiplomacy #inclusion #adaptivesports #specialolympics
