Columbus has a lot to be proud of after hosting this year’s NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four, including yesterday’s exciting announcement of their Evergreen Level Certification! Earlier today, the Columbus Local Organizing Committee held a press conference to highlight the legacy impact of hosting the #WFinalFour. Representatives of the NCAA, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Greater Columbus Sports Commission, Nationwide Arena, Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, and SWACO planted a Sugar Maple tree in McFerson Commons in the Arena District to commemorate this honor! #GreenSports
