Through an International Sports Programming Initiative cooperative agreement the San Diego Diplomacy Council, in partnership with National Ability Center, sent 25 American participants to Vietnam and Laos for a volleyball-based exchange focused on at-risk youth and education. The group consists of members of the Monarch School San Diego and Exodus Volleyball Club! The group will be in Vietnam between July 9 – 17 and then in Laos from July 17 – 25 for activities focused on volleyball.
