International Mentoring Day 2019

We know the impact that mentoring can have on one person. Every year, we help connect top, U.S.-based executives with international delegates through the U.S. Department of State Global Sports Mentoring Program. 💪🌍

And, it works. 💥

GSMP graduates have returned home to impact more than 260,000 women and girls, persons with disabilities, and underserved populations through sport in every region of the world. 👏👏

But mentorship is more than that. The collective impact of a sisterhood and family of changemakers backed by one of the strongest networks of mentors in the world is indescribable.

It’s the unquantifiable feeling of being heard, valued, and appreciated. It’s the extra time spent to provide guidance that helps illuminate a path never seen before. It’s the power of finding strength you didn’t know you had and using it to make a difference.

Thank you to the mentors, partners, and friends who invest their passion, creativity, and time in the lives of others and in us. We are grateful today and everyday.
