Our International Sports Programming Initiative partners at Virginia Commonwealth University have just arrived back to the United States from Turkmenistan 🇺🇸 🇹🇲. These passionate delegates used #ENVEST, which stands for Empowering New Voice though Education and Sports Training, to exchange cultural understanding and to advance adaptive sports.
The group had the honor of meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Mr. Matthew S. Klimow, who along with approximately 1,500 people, attended a full-day conference/workshop on adaptive sports.
