In Ferentari, Bucharest, poverty has a devastating effect for young Roma. Through the Football for Employability programme the Policy Center for Roma and Minorities are using #football3 to help forge a different future.
With support from @fedex Europe Express & @uefa_foundation they are one of four organisations across Europe developing young people through football.
