A brief amazing story! 😍
In October, through our #NPC Development Programme, we held a Para table tennis technical course in Bhutan. Educators, coaches, classifiers, athletes and students shared their learnings and stories during 5 days.
On that occasion, Virendra Vikram Singh – a table tennis classifier who works at the @ksnr.rehabilitation in New Delhi – met Rinchen Dorji, a student from Thimphu who attended one of our activities and is an amputee.
Today Rinchen, accompanied by his brother and supported by @bhutanparalympic & @drukair_royalbhutanairlines, is going to New Dehli to receive prosthetic legs and a month-long rehabilitation to help him walk in the prosthetics at the KSNR Center.
