Over the past week and a half, the response from the #football4good community in the face of the coronavirus pandemic has been phenomenal.
We’ll be doing our best to share these acts of solidarity and keep bringing you the stories from the network in these difficult times.
The first is from @oscar_foundation
Their work, empowering young Indian girls to identify and challenge gender-disparities through football, is built upon the idea: No school. No football.
With both not possible, coaches and members of staff turned their impact towards raising community awareness about the virus and distributing safety precautions and supplies like hand sanitiser.
