This is a moment not only to stand in solidarity and reflect upon the structures of racism that pervade our society but one to take action.
It’s a moment to educate ourselves and understand why this is happening, the role we are playing within the problem, and how we can become part of the solution – as individuals and as a collective.
Football can help fight racism in all its forms but it can do much, much better. We, as a movement, can do better to make sure football makes a meaningful contribution to the global fight against racism.
We are committed to that learning and to fighting for a world underpinned by fundamental human rights.
