#CACtogether #PartOfTheSolution
1) Our partners @malaikadrc Foundation, an all girls program in the DRC reopened their school last Monday with an increased student body of 370 girls. Twenty-seven girls from their 6th grade class and nine year 5 girls had a 100% pass rate on their year 6 national exams. This is the fourth year in a row Malaika class have achieved this impressive feat, proving their students are competing at the highest level of Congolese education! Congratulations to @malaikadrc on all your hard work and achievements!
2) CAC Impact partners @yfcrurkakalanindia organised a “Webinar on Disabilities & their Specific Challenges.” Our CAC Instruct Team Leader, Charlie Crawford was on the expert panel, as he spoke about Purposeful Play and it’s role in engaging youth of all abilities.
3) Our incredible Community Impact Coaches @estahappymarikiwenje and Nico of Tanzania ran a session with teachers from various schools training them in CAC curriculum as a continuation of our @beyondsport shortlisted project with @pathfinderint . Taking advantage of the opportunity to share new games to address #SRHR as well as focus on #COVID19 and #MentalHealth using #PurposefulPlay
