REPORT: Teresa Weatherspoon (@tspoon_11) has been promoted to Assistant Coach for the @pelicansnba, the team announced via a press release on Monday.
The Naismith Hall of Famer and five-time @wnba All-Star will serve alongside Stan Van Gundy.
Weatherspoon is the eighth full-time female assistant coach in the @nba.
